Construction of Tofig Bahramov Stadium has been completed and its capacity in 85,700 square meters has been increased from 29,870 to 31.200. At the bottom of the grandstands are bathrooms, showers, a conference room, and lockers for four teams. Rooms, the referee room, the doping control room, and other auxiliary devices were created for the referees. A central management and security center, as well as a security room are built. All areas are equipped with modern fire safety systems and central air conditioning. There is a special lift for people with disabilities to access the grandstands.
