• It is mandatory that the first name, last name, company name (for legal entities), contact number, and email address entered while filling out the order form are complete and accurate.

• "Safe Life" LLC shall not be held liable for any delays resulting from incorrectly or incompletely entered information.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

• The final price quote (commercial proposal) for requests sent via the website is presented to the client after the details of the inquiry have been fully reviewed.

• Payment terms are regulated based on an official contract to be signed between the parties (via bank transfer). The execution of the order will not commence until the contract is signed or the agreed advance payment (deposit) is made.

4. Delivery and Installation (For Services)

• The delivery timeframe for ordered products or the timeline for rendering services is explicitly specified in the commercial proposal and the official contract, depending on the scope of the project.

• In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government regulations, global logistics delays, etc.), execution deadlines may be adjusted, and the client will be notified in advance.

5. Cancellation and Modification of Orders

• The client has the right to cancel the order or modify certain details after submitting the request until the official contract is signed.
